White fonio grains and flour

Known as the “grain of life” or “hungry rice”, fonio is the smallest and one of the oldest grains in West Africa.
Fonio grain, or ekpui/nvoni as it is called by local growers, is grown in the northern regions of Ghana, Saboba-Chereponi and Zabzugu-Tatali. It is traditionally cooked as breakfast cereal, as a side dish or added to salads.
In addition to grains, it is also available as flour, which can be used alone or as an addition to other types of flour.
White Fonio has been tested and approved by Eurofins as 100% organic, gluten free.
You can use our fonio grain in cooking without first washing.
Including it in the diet, this product will help maintain the health of the cardiovascular system.

Cassava flour

Cassava flour is a good substitute for wheat and other flours. This flour is gluten-free but is most similar in taste and texture to wheat flour for use in cooking and baking, making it a great alternative. To make flour from cassava, the cassava is first grated, then dried thoroughly, and finally ground. In Ghana, this process is carried out in the traditional way, often by hand.
Cassava, as a vegetable, is very rich in carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins.
